My my advice is to stay the course. If you have made a commitment to a healthier lifestyle you will find restaurants and gas stations that will cater to your needs. Just put it out there in your intentions and positive affirmations and see what happens. I always find coffee, vegetables, fruit, and cheese at gas stations. It may not be the highest quality but it is better than Cheetos and a Diet Coke! I find salads and wild caught fish at every restaurant, and if I indulge in dessert, creme brûlée is high in protein and fat. It is usually hand made too. Don't succumb to others' intentions. This is your life, remember?
That being said, perhaps you will want to exercise your 20 percent "party like a rock star" when on vacation. Please read my past entries about a treat versus a cheat a planned treat should not be met with guilt. Guilt is self induced.
