When I share with the community of followers and listeners, I always share personal a-ha moments. The spiritual side of me oozes out even when I am sharing nutritional facts and busting the myths. The thing that I am realizing more and more, is that when I do the research, find studies, and then apply those techniques to my life, or to others' lives, we get more and more a-ha moments! The magic of the science working in our bodies is really remarkable, even thought it is science based practices.
When someone gets cancer and then uses pills, healing food, or chemotherapy to turn around their demise, they don't say it was a scientific method that seemed to procure positive results in the body. They always exclaim, WHAT A MIRACLE! I think faith and belief systems are closely tied to the scientific community. If we go deeper and deeper into cells, molecules, atoms, and atomic particles, which make up everything on the planet and beyond, the atoms are mostly empty space. So, how do we make our gorgeous world out of mostly nothing? That is sacred science, the meeting of science and spirit, my friends.
What is it about science that fascinates us so? I'm blown away by Animal Planet, Nova, etc. I think what blows our mind and we cannot fathom or wrap our head around the processes is the very essence of the spirituality embedded in every little bit of nothingness.
