For seven days I will: Juice any green vegetables plus a green apple and lemon ginger and garlic. Make enough for a whole day . Repeat every day. If you feel low on energy add Great Lakes gelatin powder, for fat free protein. Or add 100 percent egg protein powder. The point is to get the body to absorb as much vitamins and minerals and chlorophyll as possible without making the liver and pancreas and digestion organs work. This is not a diet. It is a vacation for the digestive organs. If some one is on Phase 2 of HCG, it works. If someone is on PHASE 3 of HCG, they are permitted to add PHASE 3 oils and seeds. But it is not necessary. See how one feels. If someone is on PHASE 4 of HCG, add carrots, beets, oils, etc. Feel your needs. If you are hungry, drink green juice or smoothie. If you are thirsty, drink coffee, tea and water. If you are starving, have a salad. Try to turn this effort into a gift instead of a diet or a discipline. It's ok to have it for one, two or three meals.
