What does it mean to be healthy? For me, it is an inner happiness and peace that moves outward through the body affecting the organs and tissues. Our minds are so powerful that we have to begin there. The mindset and support system around us can affect whether we are physically healthy or not. Be selfish. Use time to meditate, pray, and move. Remove toxic people from your circle, even if they are family. Then we can work diligently on the body’s systems without regret.
When we have abundant energy and less aches and pains we can turn our attention to helping the loved ones around us without resentment. That is a healthy and happy human!
