If I get outside in nature, which I do weekly, my sense of inner peace increases tenfold. Nature is not quiet, if we quiet ourselves and our own thoughts long enough to listen. The symphony beats along with my steps up the mountain, wood, and trail. I feel a sense of content, of inner peace. I usually pray, solve a few personal problems, and think of topics to write about. I ask, and nature answers. This is a different kind of "nature calls."
When I am done with my hikes, I feel inner peace. I feel peace of mind. Those feelings are contagious too. So, I think we need to do those activities which give us great peace and pass it on! What gives you peace, calm , and happiness? Do those more often, and we may see our moments of peace unify the world one day. I hope it is one day sooner rather than later. I am an optimist.
